Inside Sales-Logistics Company

Our customer, located in the Ravenswood area of the north side of Chicago, is looking to add a new member to their team.  The company which is a Logistics Trucking Company, has been in business 3 years and has grown every year.  The need is for a Inside Sales person with the following skills:

• Operations / pricing / setting up loads with carriers / tracking loads with carriers / closing and finalizing loads / update customer spreadsheets daily / make calls to carriers to find capacity / schedule p/u and delivery appts

• Customer Service / respond to customer emails / take customer phone calls / proactively call customers with updates

• Admin / calling for paperwork / printing & mailing invoices 

• Sales & Marketing / learn and use salesforce.com /  develop call lists / id decision makers / send marketing material 

Ideal candidates will have good organizational skills, attention to detail, willing to work independently and act as a team player, and motivation to succeed and grow within the organization.
